The new SOULNOTE E-2 Ver. 2 is far more than a phono preamplifier – it is an uncompromising analog reference that incorporates all the experience gained from the development of the 3 Reference series .
Every component has been completely redesigned to elevate low noise, dynamics, and musical transparency to a whole new level. The dual-mono design ensures maximum channel separation and natural spatial imaging, while the resonance-optimized cabinet construction minimizes mechanical influences and allows the finest details to be revealed unhindered.
A completely redesigned power supply with optimized current paths delivers ultra-precise supply voltages to each section. Thanks to fully symmetrical signal routing , shortened signal paths , and high-quality discrete components , phenomenal transparency is achieved – regardless of whether you're using an MC or MM cartridge.
As with all SOULNOTE devices , 70 µm thick copper circuit boards , directly soldered connections (without plug contacts) and an unscrewed lid are used for perfect resonance freedom.

Cable:
