The Luxman L-509Z is a full-fledged, top-of-the-line stereo integrated amplifier and the flagship of the new Z series. It offers 120 watts per channel at 8 Ω and 220 watts per channel at 4 Ω , enough power to drive even demanding speakers cleanly. The power supply is powered by a massive 600 VA EI power transformer and eight 10,000 µF filter capacitors , ensuring stable voltage even during dynamic peaks.
Its design follows the "single-chassis separate" principle, meaning the preamp and power amplifier are electrically separated yet housed in a single enclosure. Volume control is achieved via the advanced LECUA-EX system with 88 graduated levels , ensuring precise adjustment and consistent balance.
