Tradition from master hands.
Ikeda Sound Lab was founded by Isamu Ikeda, one of the great pioneers of analog reproduction. Back in the 1960s, he made a splash with his company Fidelity Research, whose MC cartridges and FR-64 tonearms achieved cult status worldwide. With the founding of Ikeda Sound Laboratories, he consistently pursued his vision: uncompromising craftsmanship, innovative concepts such as cantilever-less MC systems, and a sound ideal that combines precision and musicality. To this day, all Ikeda products bear the signature of this exceptional engineer – built in Japan for listeners who want to experience music in its purest form.
